Allison McGuire, Medical Assistant for Dr. Goradia

Allison has several years experience working in the medical field. She is the friendly face you will see when consulting with Dr. Goradia and her responsibilities include making sure all patient needs are met.

Kimberly Vallejo, Office Manager

Kimberly is responsible for marketing, physician relations and administrative duties. Vallejo relocated to Virginia from Lincoln, Nebraska, where she worked as an executive administrative coordinator for Lincoln Surgical Hospital. In her position, she worked in conjunction with the hospital’s board of directors and CEO. Vallejo brings to Go Orthopedics more than eleven years of executive administrative and project management experience.

Penny Blow, Surgical Coordinator

Penny is a hometown Richmond girl that has been working in the Orthopedics and Medical field since 1980.

Dara Shultz, Office Coordinator

You will find Dara at the front desk where she will be making sure your visit to Go Orthopedics is a pleasant one. Dara received her Medical Administration degree from ECPI. She grew up in the tri-cities area.

Danielle R. Georgiou, Registered X-Ray Technologist

For the convenience of our patients, we have an on-site x-ray and and on-site x-ray technician, Danielle Georgiou. Danielle is a licensed x-ray technologist with several years experience working with orthopedic and sports medicine patients.

Wendi Buffkin, Physical Therapy Assistant and Certified Massage Therapist

Wendi is a licensed physical therapy assistant who graduated from John Tyler in 1999. She also graduated from The Richmond Academy of Massage in 1997 and has her certification in massage therapy. She has over ten years of orthopedic experience and work hardening. She has lived in Richmond her entire life.

Lisa Swimelar, Front Desk Receptionist

If you've called our offices, you may have spoken to Lisa. If you are coming for an appointment with Dr. Goradia at our Chester office, she is the first face you will see when you arrive. She sets patient appointments and performs other administrative duties.

Erin Seabrook, Certified Athletic Trainer

Erin is a graduate of Bridgewater College with a BS in Athletic Training. She is the athletic trainer for Highland Springs High School.

Erin works hard assisting you with your physical therapy needs. She has been in the Richmond area for 23 years.

Robin Cole, Physical Therapy Technician

Robin is a Chester, Virginia native and a graduate of Mary Washington University and John Tyler Community College. Her role as a Physical Therapy Technicians is to assist licensed Physical Therapists by helping patients and their families understand treatments and adjust to rehabilitation.

Tiffany Ward, Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist

Tiffany is currently attending J. Sargeant Reynolds and pursuing Business Administration and Accounting. She helps with scheduling and is the friendly face who greets you at the front desk in the afternoon.
