The ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) is the most common knee ligament injury requiring surgery. Dr. Goradia has published numerous articles, given lectures and taught courses to other surgeons on the topic of ACL knee surgery. He is one of the first surgeons on the east coast to perform the arthroscopic, all-inside ACL knee reconstruction.
