The ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) is the most common knee ligament injury requiring surgery. Dr. Goradia has published numerous articles, given lectures and taught courses to other surgeons on the topic of surgery for ACL tears. He is one of the first surgeons on the east coast to perform the new all-inside ACL reconstruction.
